Feasibility analysis & audit

We start with a thorough feasibility analysis. That may seem obvious, but it is often skipped. Our audits map the current situation and possible obstacles. With every choice we assess the impact on the permitting process and discuss transparently what could complicate the project. So you know exactly where you stand from the start.

Action plan & tailored team

Based on the audit we draw up an action plan and assemble a tailored team: environment, engineering, permits, finance, legal and communication. SMART objectives are given realistic timing and clear owners. The action plan immediately provides a clear picture of the timeframe in which obstacles will be removed.

Permit application & public support

We set a realistic filing date and proactively consult with permitting authorities and the local community. This builds support and avoids surprises later in the project. Our know-how in legislation and the regulatory framework, built up since the very first wind projects in Flanders, makes the difference here.

Financing & partnership

Together with banks we determine the ideal ratio between equity and debt. Power Purchase Agreements and subsidies play a key role, and for each project we develop a tailor-made partnership. This puts the project on a solid financial footing before the first spade hits the ground.

Construction: the EPCM process

Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management: technical specifications and plans steer the entire procurement process, from the turbine to the electrical and civil works. Detailed site supervision with a tight schedule and delivery complete the process. It is flexible, cost-saving and essential for the return of your project.

Operation & asset management

Daily management and maintenance for maximum energy production: performance review, risk management, financial management and SCADA monitoring. This lowers costs, extends the lifespan of every turbine and guarantees a reliable, sustainable energy supply.
